Zusammenfassung

OWT, a strategy and technology consulting firm, is seeking a passionate Lead Software Engineer in Zurich to drive transformation for leading Swiss organizations. You will lead software design and delivery leveraging Claude and Claude Code, mentor developers, and act as the technical contact for clients, while shaping architecture and CI/CD practices.

You will work in a hybrid model with a modern mix of office and home office, collaborating with a team of experts, and engaging in secure, scalable

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or related field plus 7+ years of development experience
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex software
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent design is a plus
• Strong knowledge of web architectures, REST services and security best practices (OWASP)

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm. We partner with Anthropicbehind Alpha Factory, Switzerland's first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in our Zurich office.

Your mission

• Lead the design and delivery of software solutions leveraging Claude, Claude Code and engineering best practices
• Act as the go-to technical contact for our clients
• Take part in the entire project lifecycle: from requirements analysis to production, including design, development, quality assurance and operational support
• Contribute to defining the technical architecture and set up CI/CD pipelines, applying agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and a DevSecOps culture
• Mentor developers and foster a continuous learning environment

• Degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 7 years of development experience and proven experience leading Agile teams
• Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET; Angular/React is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent design; RAG is a plus
• Good knowledge of web architectures, REST services and security best practices (OWASP, JWT, authorization management)
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Solid hands-on experience with Docker; understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1); French is a plus
