OWT - a Swisscom company is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to drive transformation for top Swiss organizations. You will lead the delivery of large-scale digital projects from strategy through deployment, coordinating diverse teams across design, development, business analysis, and partnerships.

The role invites 4+ years of digital project management, a Master’s degree from a leading European university, and fluency in French and English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL/ETH/HEC...), preferably in computer science, business, or a technical field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team, including 3rd parties, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation.
• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist.
• Support clients in digital transformation from strategy to tailored solutions.
• Foster innovation across projects and promote AI usage.
• Contribute to business development, sales, and client relationship management.
