Zusammenfassung

Transportation Partners & Logistics is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for wind, BESS, solar, or substation projects. This role ensures on-time delivery by providing accurate Forecasts and risk insights across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization teams.

The position requires strong leadership to drive up-to-date scheduling across multiple projects and to push process improvements where opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in utility-scale energy or heavy civil construction.
• Direct experience supporting BESS, solar, wind, or substation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong MS Project/Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules from NTP through COD.
• Build schedules covering engineering, procurement, logistics, civil, electrical, installation, commissioning, and interconnection.
• Validate logic, durations, and sequencing with PMs, OEMs, and subcontractors.
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
• Track progress using actuals, forecasts, and recovery plans; update schedules accordingly.
• Identify schedule impacts from procurement delays, permitting, weather, interconnection, or changes.
• Prepare narratives, look-aheads, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Support claims, change management, and time-impact analyses as required.
• Ensure alignment with contract milestones and EPC agreements.
• Maintain schedule standards, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.
• Other duties as assigned.
