Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple data sources into a master schedule.
• Excellent command of English; French language skills preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with contractors and manage schedule data.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule
• Prepare and monitor tasks against project schedule
• Integrate contract packages into master plan
• Review contractor schedules and advise client
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Develop project control procedures to monitor progress
• Interact with contractor to verify project data
• Assess extension of time claims and prepare defense reports
• Provide recommendations for EOT claims
• Analyze critical path and impacts of changes
• Plan site logistics and micro-schedules for critical work
