Zusammenfassung

Wüest Partner is seeking a Lead Product Experience to steer end-to-end UX for Wüest Dimensions, collaborating with UI designer, PMs, engineers and customers to translate complex real estate workflows into intuitive product experiences. You will lead user research, design systems, and AI-driven workflows, establishing standards and measuring UX success while guiding discovery through delivery.

Fluency in German and English, plus 5+ years in UX/UI, are required, with a strong portfolio in B2B SaaS

Qualifikationen

• A degree or equivalent education in UX/UI Design or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and mixed-method research.
• Experience establishing scalable design practices and UX measurement.

Aufgaben

• Lead user research, customer interviews, usability testing and product discovery with customers and users.
• Design end-to-end user journeys, information architecture, prototypes and high-quality interfaces.
• Shape UX for AI-native workflows, automation and human oversight.
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system, UX standards and practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering throughout discovery and delivery.
• Define and measure UX success metrics using analytics and feedback.
• Strengthen user-centered design practices across the organisation.
