Zusammenfassung

CLEEVEN is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a cross-functional team delivering software in an agile environment. You will lead user research, design interfaces and ensure accessibility standards are met.

You will collaborate with developers, Product Owners and Business Analysts, driving the UX process from ideation to validation while advocating user-centred design.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying user research methods (contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, card sorting).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and modern UX methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools (Axure RP, Sketch, Figma).
• Fluent German is mandatory; native-level German preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a team working on software development projects in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the user experience of digital solutions within software development projects.
• Contribute to the full UX process, from user research and requirements analysis through to design, prototyping and validation.
• Conduct user research using appropriate methods such as contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and other qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Analyse user needs, behaviours and expectations and translate findings into actionable UX recommendations.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces based on user and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders within an agile environment.
• Ensure that digital solutions meet accessibility requirements and comply with WCAG 2.0 standards.
• Participate in usability testing and continuously optimise solutions based on user feedback and research findings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX standards and best practices across the project.

Required Profile

• Higher education in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Design or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in software development projects within agile environments.
• Strong practical experience with user research methods, including contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.
• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Practical experience with Axure RP, which should be clearly demonstrated in the CV.
• Practical knowledge of Sketch.
• Practical knowledge of Figma and experience using it in a professional environment.
• Good knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and modern UX methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders.
• Fluent German is mandatory; native-level German is strongly preferred.
