Aufgaben

• Проводить интервью с клиентами, юзабилити‑тестирования и исследование продукта для проверки концепций.
• Разрабатывать end-to-end пути пользователей, архитектуры информации и прототипы, улучшая UX существующей платформы.
• Формировать UX‑решения для новых разработок, включая AI‑воркфлоуи и автоматизацию.
• Разрабатывать масштабируемую дизайн‑систему и единые UX‑стандарты.
• Тесно сотрудничать с Product и Engineering на протяжении discovery и реализации.
• Определять и измерять метрики UX‑успешности на основе исследований и отзывов клиентов.
• Продвигать пользовательский подход и повысить зрелость продуктового дизайна в организации.

Wüest Partner is an independent software and services company serving the real estate industry. It combines real estate expertise, data, and digital solutions to support decision-making, with services in valuation, consulting, data, analytics, AI, software, sustainability, and education. Its Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform supports data-driven decisions and management in real estate.

Задачи:

• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and product discovery to validate concepts and hypotheses with customers and users


• Develop end-to-end user journeys, workflows, information architectures, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces, while improving UX pain points across the existing Wüest Dimensions platform


• Shape the user experience of new developments, including AI-native workflows, automation, and human oversight and decision-making


• Develop a scalable design system, consistent UX standards, and product design practices across the platform and teams


• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout discovery and implementation


• Define and measure UX success metrics, using research, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements


• Strengthen user-centered design practices and advance product design maturity across the organization

Требования:

• A degree or equivalent education in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Design, or a related field


• At least 5 years of experience in User Experience, UX/UI Design, or a comparable role


• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and experience with mixed-methods research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, design systems, and reusable UX patterns


• Experience building and scaling product design practices, including research operations, reusable methods, and UX metrics


• Ability to simplify complex professional workflows without compromising accuracy, transparency, or functionality


• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams, strong stakeholder management skills, and workshop facilitation skills


• Experience and motivation working with AI-powered products, automation, transparency, and human-AI collaboration


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Fluent German and English


• Будет плюсом: Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, complex digital platforms, or AI-native systems; experience in real estate, financial services, analytics, or other data-intensive industries; knowledge of Claude Design, Figma, and the Confluence/Jira suite
