Ignite Next GmbH in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a senior leader to head the software group for ComputeRAM. You will set strategy and own hands-on delivery across drivers, compiler paths, code generation, kernels, benchmarking, and the SDK.

You will collaborate with hardware teams and early customers to turn silicon capability into a developer-friendly product, driving team growth and establishing quality standards and a predictable cadence.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years building low-level software or compilers
• Strong C++ and Python
• Experience shipping complete projects end-to-end
• Experience with roadmaps and reviews
• Hands-on with MLIR/LLVM passes or code generation or graph compilers or DSP libraries
• Ability to work with hardware language and APIs

Aufgaben

• Own the software development from a management perspective, deliverables and quality
• Ensure information exchange between hardware and software teams in co-design
• Deliver a clean programming model, drivers, kernels, and examples; package for real-world projects
• Define compiler development priorities and plan functionalities based on customer requirements
• Create integration kits, reference designs for MCUs/accelerators, ready-to-build projects
• Grow the team: hire, mentor, code reviews, set ownership boundaries
