Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry or closely related chemical science is required.
• PhD preferred in organic, physical-organic, crystallization or process chemistry.
• 10+ years of industrial process-chemistry experience in crystallization/particle science.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership in crystallization and particle science across development and troubleshooting.
• Lead scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing support from lab to production.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain critical process knowledge and scale-up rationale.
• Mentor colleagues and promote science- and data-driven approaches across functions.
