Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership in crystallization, solid-state chemistry, and particle science.
• Lead scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing support from lab development to production.
• Develop robust crystallization processes for target yield, purity, and manufacturability.
• Lead solid-state and particle characterization, including polymorphism and particle control.
• Build organizational capability by sharing standards and mentoring teams.
