Exyte Basel is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive cleanroom EPC projects from bid to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Engineering to craft optimized customer solutions, while managing scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE outcomes.

The role demands a strong technical and commercial mindset, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in German and English to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Proven experience in project management and bid engineering.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom design and envelope construction.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC and utility systems.
• Experience with contract management, scheduling, procurement, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with cost calculations and layout concepts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering to develop optimized solutions.
• Lead project execution with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE responsibility.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, installation activities and project logistics.
• Be the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Oversee change management, reporting, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.
