Exyte Switzerland AG is seeking a Project / Construction Manager for Clean Room EPC projects in Basel. You will drive bid preparation, cost estimation, and full project delivery, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering to develop optimized customer solutions.

You will lead project execution with responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE, while managing subcontractors and site activities. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree required in mechanical or related engineering disciplines.
• Proven project management experience in technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom design and envelope construction.
• Experience with GMP/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with cost calculations and layout concepts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Engineering to develop optimized solutions.
• Lead project execution with responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, installation activities, and logistics.
• Act as primary client contact for key stakeholders.
• Oversee change management, reporting, commissioning and project close-out.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.
