Exyte Basel is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive cleanroom EPC projects from bid to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Engineering to craft optimized customer solutions, while managing scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE outcomes.

The role demands a strong technical and commercial mindset, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in German and English to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Proven experience in project management and bid engineering.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom design and envelope construction.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC and utility systems.
• Experience with contract management, scheduling, procurement, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As the central technical and commercial point of contact, you will lead cleanroom EPC projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for bid preparation, cost estimation, project execution, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to combine business development, engineering coordination, and project leadership within a dynamic and growing market.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost calculations and cleanroom layout concepts
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams to develop optimized customer solutions
• Lead project execution with full responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE performance
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, installation activities, and project logistics
• Act as the primary contact for clients and key project stakeholders
• Oversee change management, project reporting, commissioning, qualification, and project close-out
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards

Show your expertise

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Proven experience in project management, construction management, and/or bid engineering within technical project environments
• Strong understanding of cleanroom design and cleanroom envelope construction
• Solid knowledge of HVAC and utility systems
• Experience with contract management, scheduling, procurement, and site management
• Strong technical and commercial mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
