Terminal Investment Limited seeks an experienced Operations Manager (LATAM) to join our Geneva headquarters. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive productivity and capacity improvements, and ensure safety and compliance across the network.

The role requires 5–10 years in container terminals, strong data analytics, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will partner with terminal leadership to implement Kaizen initiatives and report performance to management.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in container terminal operations or efficiency.
• Knowledge of terminal operating procedures and systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Fluent Spanish and English; excellent communication.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with terminal leadership to develop productivity and capacity initiatives.
• Track progress of improvement projects and report outcomes.
• Implement performance improvements including tech upgrades and workforce optimization.
• Support staff on SOPs and productivity techniques with safety priority.
• Ensure compliance with TiL health and safety requirements.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence across the org.
• Lead cross-terminal initiatives such as Kaizen.
• Produce reports on terminal capacity, productivity, and volume.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on master plan initiatives.
