Le Camp in Vaumarcus, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, seeks a dynamic, autonomous professional to manage commercial follow-up with clients and contribute to communications and event planning. The role combines commerce, customer relations, and events in a human-sized organization.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, weekend availability (at least monthly), and fluency in French, with German and English being assets.

Formación

• Commercial or events experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and autonomic work style.
• Interest in communication and marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle enquiries and booking requests.
• Prepare offers and rental contracts.
• Follow up bookings and confirmations.
• Advise and support clients during the booking process.
• Organise site visits with potential clients.
• Promote Le Camp services to new clients.
• Coordinate information between departments.
• Prepare welcome files and hand over premises.
• Inspect premises after group departures.
• Lead Monday client information sessions.
• Manage telephone duties and general admin tasks.
• Organise and execute events and communications.
• Coordinate social media activities and content creation.
• Update the website and promotional materials.
