Databricks in Zurich, Switzerland is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to accelerate adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams. This role sits in the Lakebase Go-To-Market team and partners with regional Account Executives to drive revenue across the Central region.

You will run multi-threaded sales cycles, orchestrate proofs-of-value, and position Lakebase as the fully-managed Postgres solution for AI-native applications.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling data platforms, operational databases such as Postgres, or adjacent data/AI infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading specialist or overlay motions with account teams.

Aufgaben

• Drive Lakebase revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities in a defined territory with regional AEs.
• Articulate Lakebase value to platform teams, data teams, and IT, highlighting feature delivery, governance, and cost efficiency.
• Navigate complex sales cycles from discovery to close across executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead proofs-of-value and POCs to validate Lakebase benefits for OLTP workloads and AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to shape territory plans and co-sell motions.
