Databricks Inc. is seeking a Manager of Field Engineering for Eastern Europe, based in Zurich. You will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Engineers across EE, partnering with Enterprise Sales to drive technical cycles and customer value.

You will build strategic alignment with customer executives, establish repeatable pre-sales motions, and accelerate regional growth while maintaining an inclusive, builder-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of building and scaling technical pre-sales teams.
• Strong background in SaaS and cloud architectures.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar deal qualification.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
