Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Laboratory Scientist in Phys-Chemical QC to perform routine physico-chemical testing (U/HPLC, SEC, IEX, RP, CE-SDS, icIEF, protein content) on biologics and small molecules in a cGMP environment.

You will maintain 6s, support equipment maintenance and method validation, and contribute to process improvements while working in a dynamic, inclusive workplace with opportunities for training.

Qualifikationen

• Training on the job as a lab technician (EFZ, HF, CTA, BTA, PTA or BSc./MSc.)
• Working experience in pharma/biotech/chemical analytics in a cGMP environment
• Experience with analytical reporting and ALCOA++ GDocP principles

Aufgaben

• Independently execute routine physico-chemical testing such as U/HPLC, SEC, IEX, RP, CE-SDS, icIEF, and protein content
• Conduct basic lab tasks like mobile phase prep and equipment calibration/troubleshooting
• Assist in investigations and provide technical knowledge for equipment issues
• Maintain 6s standards in the lab for inventory and consumables management
• Lead maintenance/requalification of lab equipment as Instrument Responsible Person
• Support analytical method validation or transfers
• Contribute to lab optimization and process improvements
• Contribute to Pikett Service for Drug Product analytical infrastructure
