Are you looking to work in a challenging GMP-regulated environment and make a meaningful contribution to product quality through physical and physico-chemical testing? As part of our QC Physical Analytics team, you will take ownership of analytical testing, laboratory equipment, and the continuous improvement of our processes.
Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses in compliance with cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures.
Ensure the timely and GMP-compliant execution of assigned testing activities.
Take responsibility for designated laboratory equipment, including calibration, qualification, and associated documentation.
Support troubleshooting activities, deviation investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions.
Actively contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory processes, analytical methods, and workflows.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in the on-call duty rota as scheduled.
Completed apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable scientific discipline.
Initial or several years of experience in Quality Control, ideally within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment.
Experience with physical and physico-chemical analytical techniques, such as:

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Good command of English and basic German skills.
