Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a research/technical role in the pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industry, in analytical testing.
• Proven working experience in a cGMP regulated environment in phys-chem analytics with strong documentation.
• Experience with lab software such as Empower or LIMS is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Independently complete routine physico-chemical testing such as U/HPLC (SEC, IEX, RP, surfactant), CE-SDS, icIEF, protein content, and compendial methods for biologics/large molecules, related entities and small molecules in QC under cGMP following SOPs and GDocP.
• Executes/reviews/approves basic operational tasks in the lab (e.g., mobile phase preparations, pH meter calibration, balance).
• Assists in investigation/troubleshooting lab equipment issues by driving investigations and proposing mitigations.
• Ensures lab cleanliness and inventory management to cGMP standards for audit readiness and supports onsite audits.
• Oversees maintenance/requalification of lab equipment as Instrument Responsible Person (IRP) and drafts instrument SOPs.
• Participates in laboratory optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Onboards new Scientist/Senior Scientist.
