Adaptyv is building an automated lab in Lausanne to enable AI-driven biology experiments. This role focuses on cell-based and functional assays that prove antibody or protein activity, including activations, readouts, and readouts that scale into production workflows.

You will integrate biology, automation, and software to convert bespoke assays into robust, high-throughput products and to model dose-response data for clear, comparable results.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience developing cell-based and functional/potency assays (e.g., reporter lines, primary cells, flow cytometry).
• Industry experience in production/development settings with throughput and reliability focus.
• Strong understanding of antibody/protein function and mechanism to design appropriate assays.

Aufgaben

• Develop, qualify, and run cell-based functional assays.
• Productize bespoke assays into high-throughput, reproducible capabilities.
• Work with biology and lab automation teams to integrate assays into production workflows.
• Collaborate with software to structure and model data (dose-response, potency) for comparability.
• Own assay robustness: controls, reference standards, troubleshooting, quality of readouts.
• Advise customers and internal teams on assay design and data interpretation.
