Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a proactive Learning & Development professional to design and manage leadership development programmes and learning journeys for managers and future leaders. You will coordinate HiPo programmes, support career pathways, and partner with external providers to build competency-based solutions.

You will measure impact, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with People Business Partners to evolve the Andermatt Learning Academy in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Hospitality Management or Learning & Development.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience in developing leadership programmes.
• Experience in working with external learning providers.
• Solid knowledge of talent and programme management.
• Strength in facilitation, project and stakeholder management.
• Innovative mindset and a passion for developing people.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level; other languages an advantage.
