Key responsibilities include registering Found Assets for Wealth Management accounts, coordinating client transactional mailings with our subcontractor and control reports, managing client visits, and providing timely, high‑quality account documentation; plus archiving at Swiss HQ and branches and handling deceased client

Aufgaben

• Registration of Biens Trouvés for Wealth Management accounts.
• Carry out the correct execution of client's transactional mailing items by our subcontractor using the appropriate control reports.
• Manage Client visits, including preparation, amendments and finalization
• Provide account documentation to the Wealth Management Departments and ensure on a timely manner, an irreproachable quality of work
• Manage Swiss Headquarters & Swiss branches archives.
• Process info of deceased clients in Secli (Blocking of account, Succession process)
