UNION BANCAIRE PRIVÉE, UBP SA in Geneva seeks a seasoned Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional change initiatives at the 1.5LOD within Wealth Management. You will work closely with the 2LOD Risk & Compliance and WM stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality reporting and data provisioning.

The role requires a proven track record in leading cross‑functional projects, strong regulatory awareness, and excellent stakeholder management, with Swiss residence mandatory for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business risk management and/or Compliance within Wealth Management/Private Banking.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects at the 1.5LOD/2LOD interface with Risk and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk management frameworks, incident management, and regulatory expectations relevant to WM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without formal authority.
• Swiss Residence is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and deliver cross-functional change initiatives at 1.5LOD within WM.
• Represent WM in project committees for AML and controls-related topics.
• Coordinate incident resolution end to end with contributing teams, ensuring root cause analysis and action plan tracking.
• Provide reporting and data provisioning to governance forums and management.
• Drive alignment and timely delivery of WM deliverables with 2LOD and governance bodies.
