Huawei Switzerland invites fresh graduates to join its Fresh Graduate Program in Zurich, offering exposure to IT engineering, project management and IP engineering roles.

You will gain firsthand experience through customer engagement and new technology innovation, with a mentor and ongoing development opportunities during six months and after onboarding internal networking with other graduates.

Qualifikationen

• First work experience or internships in IT Infrastructure is preferred.
• Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry.

• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Participate in various channel technology activities and enable Huawei channel partners.

We are currently looking for multiple Fresh Graduates to join our technical department as IT Engineers, Project Managers, IP Engineers.

Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the Huawei Switzerland Delivery & Service team and support them in all tasks
• Establish IT environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
• Configure and integrate storage, virtualization, cloud (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3, Virtualization, Cloud)
• Perform IT maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Participate in various channel technology activities and enable Huawei channel partners

Requirements:

• Recently graduated in a technical field (2025/2026)
• First work experience or internships in the IT Infrastructure area is preferred
• Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-paced organization
• Fluent in English and German is a must; further languages are an advantage
