You will gain firsthand experience through customer engagement and new technology innovation, with a mentor and ongoing development opportunities during six months and after onboarding internal networking with other graduates.

Qualifikationen

• Recently graduated in a technical field (2025/2026).
• First work experience or internships in IT Infrastructure is preferred.
• Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry.

Aufgaben

• Be part of Huawei Switzerland Delivery & Service team and support them in all tasks.
• Establish IT environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Configure and integrate storage, virtualization, cloud (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3, Virtualization, Cloud).
• Perform IT maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Participate in various channel technology activities and enable Huawei channel partners.
