isolutions AG is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant – AI Workplace to help deploy Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-driven collaboration for clients across Switzerland. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and change management to bring modern working methods to life.

Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams or similar solutions, combined with enthusiasm for AI and a service mindset, are essential.

• Implement technical solutions around Copilot agents and integrate AI into business processes securely.
• Design and build modern intranet solutions based on SharePoint Online.
• Support workshops, pilots, and rollouts while gaining hands-on consulting experience.

• Support organizations in the introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot, from initial concept through rollout.
• Develop collaboration concepts based on Microsoft 365 and help customers implement them successfully.
• Conduct technical readiness assessments for Microsoft 365 Copilot and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Implement technical solutions around Copilot agents and help customers integrate AI into their business processes in a meaningful and secure way.
• Design and build modern intranet solutions based on SharePoint Online.
• Support workshops, pilot programs, and rollouts while gaining hands‑on consulting experience.
• Through a structured onboarding program, continuously develop your consulting and technical expertise and gradually take on more responsibility in customer projects.

We would like you to:

• Initial hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, or comparable collaboration and AI solutions through professional experience, internships, working student positions, or university projects.
• Enthusiasm for technology, AI, and the digital workplace of the future.
• Enjoyment in working with customers and a strong service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• A university degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
• Availability to work from Zurich, Bern, or Basel, with flexible working models and willingness to travel within the German‑speaking part of Switzerland.
