Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Zürich seeks a Junior Relationship Manager to grow our Wealth Management franchise by managing and developing client relationships with HNW and UHNW clients. You will collaborate with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to deliver tailored wealth solutions and drive business development initiatives.

You will coordinate onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing client lifecycle activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and a high-quality client

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking or wealth management with exposure to HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, investment solutions, lending and wealth planning.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of client lifecycle, KYC, regulatory and risk in Swiss Wealth Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree; CFA or MBA advantageous; English fluency required; Polish and German are assets.

As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support the growth of our Wealth Management franchise in Zurich by managing and developing client relationships, delivering tailored wealth management solutions and contributing to business development initiatives. You will work closely with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to provide holistic client experience and drive sustainable business growth.

Skills

• Several years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable client-facing financial services environment, with proven exposure to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, lending, wealth planning and financial markets.
• Commercial mindset and strong relationship management skills, with the ability to identify, develop and convert business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of client lifecycle, KYC, regulatory and risk requirements applicable to Swiss Wealth Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; CFA, MBA or other advanced qualifications are advantageous. Fluency in English is required; Polish is a significant asset, while German is considered a nice add-on.
