Qualifikationen

• Initial experience within institutional client servicing, sales support, client relationship management or a similar role within asset management.
• Master's degree with an excellent academic record, seeking an opportunity in an international work environment.
• Strong interest in financial markets and institutional asset management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing institutional client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, sales materials, market updates and portfolio reviews; coordinate client meetings, events and follow-ups.
• Support RFPs, DDQs and client information requests.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines and reporting; contribute to process improvements.
• Link the team with one Vontobel investment boutique and become the content expert for this asset class.
• Join client events, meetings and pitches as experience increases.
