Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. is seeking a candidate to enter institutional sales by supporting pension funds, insurers and family offices and helping grow new business while maintaining long‑term relationships.

You will learn from senior Relationship Managers and progressively take on more client interaction as you build expertise in clients, products and sales processes. The role offers mentorship and training with a clear path toward managing institutional client relationships

Qualifikationen

• First experience in client servicing, sales support or relationship management in asset management.
• Initial exposure to supporting institutional clients and learning sales processes.
• Interest in building a front‑office sales career and developing client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Support pension funds, insurers and family offices, contributing to new business development and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Initially assist senior Relationship Managers, build understanding of clients, products and sales processes, and gradually take on more responsibility including direct client interaction.
• Receive training and mentorship to succeed in institutional sales and progress toward independent client management.
