Job summary

CERN IT Storage and Data Management Group in Switzerland invites applications for a role in the EOS Storage Development and Operations team. You will help operate and evolve large-scale, reliable storage services that support researchers worldwide.

You will collaborate with developers and service managers to improve automation, observability, reliability and performance of CERN’s storage services, and gain experience in operations of innovative, open-source platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; PhD not eligible.
• Max 2 years of professional experience since graduation.
• Citizenship: must be national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State; some nationalities not eligible.
• No prior CERN fellow or graduate contract.
