Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Vevey, Switzerland, is seeking a Junior Corporate Pension Actuary to help evolve pension plan design, strengthen governance, and ensure reliable pension reporting across Nestlé’s global operations. You will collaborate with corporate actuaries, HR teams, local markets, pension funds and external advisers.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in actuarial science and practical knowledge of international pension consulting, pension accounting and post-employment benefits.
• A first experience in actuarial valuations, funding, accounting and financial reporting. Asset management and benefit administration exposure is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and adapt messages to different stakeholders.
• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support evolution of pension plan design and strengthen actuarial governance.
• Collaborate with corporate actuaries, HR teams, local markets, pension funds and external advisers to deliver reliable pension reporting across global operations.
