Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Corporate Insurance Specialist to support renewal and administration of global non-life and insured benefits programs, protecting people, operations and assets.

You will collaborate with Group Risk Services, Finance, HR, Legal, markets, brokers and insurers to deliver scalable insurance solutions. You will manage data, documentation, endorsements and payments, while building trusted relationships and contributing to global insurance delivery.

• Supporting timely, accurate renewals of global non-life and insured employee benefits programs.
• Coordinating insurance data, submissions and documentation to strengthen coverage decisions across markets.
• Ensuring policies, endorsements, premium allocations and payments are accurate and completed on time.
• Managing smaller insurance programs from renewal administration through payment and claims follow-up.
• Contributing to fair, effective selection processes for global and local insurers and brokers.
• Building trusted relationships that improve service quality and support consistent insurance delivery worldwide.
