Qualifikationen

• First-hand experience in an administrative/commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Swiss resident with a valid work permit.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on projects across several European countries.
• Analyze, report, and drive action points for the commercial team.
• Maintain communication between FMCG multinationals and major European retail chains.
• Ensure ongoing contact with executives and internal/external colleagues.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, minutes, travel, and events.
• Handle correspondence and agendas.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices from clients.
• Replenish office supplies.
