Job summary

Simply Jet in Zürich seeks a dynamic sales professional to transform inquiries into confirmed private jet bookings. You will build your own client portfolio through prospecting and incoming requests, guiding each client from initial inquiry to take-off.

You will stay in touch, source aircraft, negotiate with operator partners, and handle special flight requests, keeping clients informed at every step. This role blends relationship-building with fast-paced aviation logistics.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C2/C1 level (Swiss German or German) is required.

You’ll be the person who makes “I need a jet to Mykonos on Friday” happen.

Simply Jet is an on-demand charter brokerage company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. We are currently looking to expand and increase our market presence, with several job openings over the next months.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll join a young, energetic team and build your own client portfolio through prospecting and incoming requests. You’ll guide each client through the whole booking process, from first inquiry to the moment they take off. That means staying in regular contact with clients, sourcing suitable aircraft, negotiating with our operator partners, handling special flight requests, and keeping clients informed at every stage.

PLACE OF WORK

You will work with our team in Zürich but might be required to travel for aviation events and/or private jet flights you helped organize.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• C2/C1 level in Swiss German or German and English, both written and spoken
• Bonus : An interest in the private aviation sector and any additional languages.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit.
