Job summary

Randstad Switzerland seeks a Technical Supplier Manager to bridge internal engineering and external contract manufacturers. You will own instrument components and production lines, designing robust processes and leading global technology transfers.

You will drive process validation, quality standards, and cross-functional governance, ensuring long-term supply security and premium product quality in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required in a technical field.
• 5–6+ years of manufacturing process design / supplier management experience.
• Expertise in SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and pFMEA; strong project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, qualify, and industrialize manufacturing and test processes for instrument components and assemblies across supplier network.
• Lead end-to-end External-to-External technology transfers and line ramp-ups; manage milestones and risk.
• Monitor supplier processes, drive CAPA and supplier qualification audits; support change management.
