Elan Personal AG seeks a Technical Supplier Manager to oversee manufacturing process design and industrialization for instrument components. You will lead external technology transfers and second-source initiatives, while ensuring supplier performance and robust supply chains across global partners.

The role requires strong project leadership, experience with ISO 13485/GMP, and collaboration with R&D and operations to optimize yields and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree in a technical discipline and several years in manufacturing process design or supplier management.
• Experience with validation and industrialization of production processes in high-tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Owns manufacturing process design, validation, and industrialization for instrument components.
• Leads external-to-external technology transfers and second-sourcing initiatives.
• Monitors supplier processes, KPIs, and deviations; drives corrective actions.
• Coordinates with R&D and cross-functional teams for process improvements.
