Centoffer is seeking a senior ITSM professional to lead ITIL-aligned service management for our global pharma manufacturer’s EMEA sites. The role focuses on governance, SLA reporting, and stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include owning governance, SLA reporting and reviews, and managing senior stakeholder relationships to ensure compliant and effective IT service delivery in a regulated industry.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years ITSM / service management.
• ITIL v4 certified or equivalent.
• English; German a plus; exposure to regulated industries.
