lastminute.com is seeking a Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Specialist to own end-to-end IFRS reporting for the Group. Based in Chiasso or remote from Romania/Spain, you will prepare consolidated statements, intercompany reconciliations and disclosures, reporting to the Head of Consolidation & Statutory Reporting.

You will work with Tagetik, Excel and Google Workspace, interact with local finance teams and external auditors, and contribute to forecasting and financial modelling.

Formación

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years in technical accounting and financial reporting (IFRS).
• Knowledge of consolidation rules and techniques.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and related IFRS reporting.
• Maintain reconciliation of consolidated ledgers and intercompany schedules.
• Support consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations.
• Liaise with local teams and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain consolidated reports in Tagetik.
