lastminute.com Group is seeking a Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Specialist to produce IFRS-based group financials. You will own end-to-end consolidation workstreams, liaise with group functions and external auditors, and contribute to disclosures and analytics.

You will work in a small, autonomy-driven team, reporting to the Head of Consolidation & Statutory Reporting. The role blends hybrid work from Chiasso with possible remote arrangements in Romania or Spain.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years in technical accounting and financial reporting, with deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation rules and techniques.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Practical fluency in AI tools like Claude, alongside IFRS expertise.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: lookups, pivot tables; Google Sheets knowledge.
• Audit experience gained in a Big 4 firm.
• Working knowledge of Tagetik or similar consolidation system.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, maintain and reconcile consolidated ledgers, financial statements and intercompany schedules.
• Execute consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations perTransfer Pricing policies.
• Support Group Net Financial Position reconciliation and incentivized plans accounting.
• Review local finance packages in Tagetik and assist with impairment testing (IAS 36).
• Prepare interim/annual disclosures and accounting memoranda on IFRS topics.
• Create slides and materials on Group results for management and external presentations.
• Assist in forecast preparation and financial modelling at Group and local levels.
• Develop, test and maintain consolidated reports and internal controls over financial reporting.
