Job summary

lastminute.com is seeking a Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Specialist to drive IFRS-based consolidated financial statements and related reporting. You will own end-to-end workstreams, report to the Head of the department, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.

The role sits in a small, focused team within Finance. Hybrid from Chiasso or remote from Romania/Spain, permanent contract with limited travel. Strong IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years in technical accounting and financial reporting with IFRS knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation rules and techniques.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Practical fluency in AI tools like Claude for speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements and IFRS reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and intercompany adjustments.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain consolidated reports in Tagetik.
• Assist with impairment testing and group disclosures.
