lastminute.com is seeking a Consolidation specialist to own end-to-end workstreams within the Consolidation team of the Finance department. Hybrid work from Chiasso or full-remote from Romania with permanent contract and limited travel, reporting to the Head of Consolidation.

You will drive IFRS-compliant consolidation, intercompany calculations, and reporting packages; collaborate with local finance teams and external auditors, and contribute to internal controls and disclosures.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years in technical accounting and financial reporting, with deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation rules and techniques.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude for faster reporting with judgment.
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
• Big 4 audit experience.
• Tagetik or comparable consolidation/reporting system experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, maintain and execute the reconciliation of consolidated ledger accounts and financial statements: monthly consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and equity statements, capital expenditure schedules, intercompany schedules and related deliverables
• Preparation and execution of consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations according to Transfer Pricing policies
• Reconciliation of the Group Net Financial Position monthly and accounting of key personnel long-term incentive plans
• Run periodical reviews of the reporting packages prepared by local finance managers in Tagetik
• Support the preparation of the Impairment Test (IAS 36) and disclosures
• Support the preparation of forecast figures and financial modelling at Group and local level
• Develop, test, deploy and maintain consolidated reports in Tagetik
• Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting processes and procedures
