MCM Worldwide Limited in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Global Accounting & Consolidation Analyst to support its finance operations across regions. You will contribute to monthly close, consolidation, IFRS reporting, and the development of budgets and rolling forecasts, partnering with regional teams to optimize performance.

The role requires strong IFRS, SAP, Excel skills, and experience with reporting tools such as Workday Adaptive; fluent English, with German a plus, will help in cross-border

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or consolidation in a multinational company (luxury, retail or fashion sectors preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monthly closing and consolidation of global results per IFRS and internal processes.
• Review and validate subsidiary submissions including intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed executive reports with performance trends and variances.
• Supervise global chart of accounts, cost/profit centers in SAP, and Group Finance Manual.
• Support annual budget development and rolling forecasts with regional teams.
• Provide analysis to align global financial goals with regional performance.
• Act as a financial business partner for assigned regions, offering actionable insights.
• Analyze key metrics, trends and variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in reporting and consolidation processes and tools.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
