METTLER TOLEDO in Greifensee is seeking an IT Workplace Specialist to own frontline IT support for PCs, printers, IP telephony, and related devices. You will manage device provisioning, AD administration, and software packaging, while aligning with corporate IT guidelines in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable technical basic training.
• Several years of experience in a workplace, endpoint or client-focused IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of PCs, printers, mobile devices, LAN, and Office/ collaboration solutions.
• Solid experience with Windows operating systems, MS Office products and ideally Dell hardware.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune and software packaging is an advantage.
• Strong service and customer focus, with a communicative and team-oriented personality.
• Fluent in English; German is highly beneficial, but not required.

Aufgaben

• First- and second-level IT support for PCs, printers, and IP telephony, plus local network hardware.
• Re-/staging of computers and end devices.
• Active Directory administration (accounts, groups, mailboxes, GPOs).
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of standard software and tokens.
• System management and client administration with SCCM/Intune.
• Manage permissions for large data volumes and file structures.
• Participation in SOX audits and controls (patching, antivirus, AD access).
• Rollouts of hardware and software; deputy support to Area IT Management.
