Zusammenfassung

The AO Foundation in Davos is seeking an IT Vendor Management Specialist to oversee strategic, operational, and financial management of all external IT partners and vendors. You will ensure quality, security, cost efficiency, compliance, and performance across the AO IT landscape.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Security, IT Architecture, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to maintain end-to-end service continuity and a robust vendor ecosystem while driving improvements and cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT vendor management.
• Experience with cloud, managed services, and infrastructure providers.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine AO's vendor management framework.
• Lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, contracting.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across vendors.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for vendors.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with IT Procurement and Legal.
