Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re, Zurich, seeks a seasoned IT Outsourcing procurement leader to shape and drive the external vendor strategy, delivering measurable procurement value and building high-performing teams across IT Outsourcing categories.

You will partner with IT leaders to optimize vendor mix, own end-to-end sourcing, define KPIs, and embed governance while navigating regulatory considerations in insurance and reinsurance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years IT Outsourcing experience across offshore and nearshore markets.
• Insurance or financial services sector experience required.
• Proven ability to translate complex outsourcing challenges into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; CIPS or equivalent qualification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Align the category team to business and domain priorities, delivering measurable procurement value.
• Partner with IT leadership to optimize the external vendor mix and improve tool and product utilization.
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy across IT Outsourcing categories (application development & maintenance, infrastructure operations, IT services).
• Lead and develop the IT Outsourcing Procurement and Sourcing Execution team with accountability and innovation.
• Define, track and report KPIs to senior stakeholders and embed governance across sourcing activities.
