Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Vendor Management or Contract Management.
• Business or IT University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with software, SaaS, outsourcing or market data providers.
• Good understanding of software licensing and supplier management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in commercial and operational optimisation.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage and further develop vendor and service provider relationships across software, market data and external services.
• Drive the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Monitor service performance through KPI, SLA and contractual oversight, while coordinating supplier escalations.
• Govern software and market data agreements, licensing models, commercial reviews, cost optimisation initiatives and management reporting.
• Advise stakeholders and help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including FINMA, DORA and relevant assurance standards.
