Qualifications
- Must have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and several years of professional experience.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment: Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
Responsibilities
- Support daily internal IT operations.
- Ensure operational IT operations and optimize internal infrastructure.
- Maintain tickets and participate in incident, request, problem and change management.
- Maintain and expand the modern, heterogeneous IT infrastructure.
- Participate in projects from conception to implementation.
- Take responsibility for defined IT products.
- Handle daily duties and maintenance work.
