CERN is seeking a 24-month, full-time IT support engineer in the FAP Department's Business Computing (BC) Quality and Service Team. You will provide second-line support for business applications, coordinate hardware and asset management, and improve service processes through documentation and automation.

The role emphasizes IT service management, technical documentation, and collaboration across experts. Onsite work 40 hours per week with potential for extension and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support and service delivery is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT service management practices and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge management and technical documentation experience is helpful.
• English communication skills; willingness to learn French.
