Zusammenfassung

VF is offering a 12-month internship in End User Services (EUS) at our EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. As part of the EUS team, you will learn hands-on IT support, workplace technology, and service delivery while supporting VF associates globally.

You will assist with daily service activities, partner with colleagues to enable effective use of technology, and develop skills in customer service, collaboration tools, and documentation in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Interest in IT support, workplace technology and customer-facing roles.
• Basic familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 apps, hardware and peripherals.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support End User Services team with IT issues and service requests.
• Assist with workplace technology including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment and collaboration tools.
• Help with inventory, user guidance, and documentation while learning processes.
